The Super 700 Performance Transmission

We start out with a GM TH700R4 4 speed automatic transmission core. The transmission is completely disassembled. Every part is cleaned and inspected. The case and tail housing thoroughly cleaned in our hot washer, finished off with a high temp paint job!

Then the build of the transmission begins!!

The new internal parts that we replace include:
* Rebuild Kit With Borg Warner Friction
* 5 Gear Rear Planetary
* 5 Gear Front Planet OEM Kit - includes ring gear & support shaft with bearing. (stock planetary only has 4 gears & washer)
* "The Beast" Sunshell - the factory sunshell is a weak point in the 700R4 transmission. The new & improved BEAST is the solution. It is highly recommended for any type of heavy duty or high performance application.
* Raybestos Z-Pak 3-4 Clutches - outperforms both the single sided & double sided original equipment clutch assemblies, improves clutch temperatures, and increases torque capacity.
* High Performance Wide 2-4 Band
* Transgo Valvebody Kit
* Superior 2-4 Super Servo
* .500 Boost Valve Kit - increases line pressure & improves shift characteristics.
* Torque Converter Clutch Valve Sleeve and Spring - allows for automatic application of torque converter clutch.
* 29 Element Input Sprag Assembly & Sonnax performance input drum reinforcement sleeve.
* New Style Borg Warner Low Roller Clutch
* Filtran Filter

Lock up is hydraulic, no electrical connections needed!!

After each transmission is built we install it and test it on the road in our
Custom 91 Chevy Pick Up Dyno Truck to ensure that it works properly. This assures you of a hassle free transmission for your specialty build.

Each Transmission comes with a 1 Year warranty.
